Over the weekend of March 21, Progressive Fleet & Specialty Programs will undergo a Microsoft 365 email migration. For some time, Progressive Fleet employees have had two email addresses. After the migration, they will have one — @progressive.com.

Emails sent to an @protectiveinsurance.com email address will appear in an employee’s new @progressive.com mailbox. Please note: previous emails you’ve sent will still be accessible to your contacts within Progressive Fleet.  

As a business partner who receives email from Progressive Fleet, please look for these new addresses and work with your IT resources to make sure they make it to your inbox.

We’re working hard to make this change as seamless as possible. Not only will this technology change simplify communications, it will also improve security, and we’re excited to make this happen for us as well as our partners.
