Agency Spotlight: Goodman-Baker Insurance
The Signal team is excited to introduce a new Agency Spotlight series highlighting our partner agents. If you would like to be featured in a future issue of the Signal, contact us at marketing@sagamoreinsurance.com.
From the start, Goodman-Baker Insurance Agency decided to focus solely on trucking insurance products and services. The family-owned and -operated agency was founded in 1980 and is based in Springfield, Mo., but also has locations in Catoosa, Okla., and Warrensburg, Mo. For more than 10 years, Goodman-Baker has partnered with Sagamore Insurance Company to meet the insurance needs of its trucking customers.
By targeting its focus, Goodman-Baker educates its staff on the many facets of the trucking industry while concentrating on the individual needs of each customer. This strategy has led to the agency's reputation as a specialty resource for its customers. Goodman-Baker prides itself on accessibility, innovation and experience for both seasoned trucking operations and new startup companies.
| "Sagamore's staff is easy to work with. When you ask questions, you get answers. You can't beat that."
—Zach Goodman, Goodman-Baker Insurance Agency |
The agency enjoys partnering with Sagamore because it can place coverage quickly and use Sagamore's expertise to handle all of the regulatory filings. When Zach Goodman, of the Springfield location, calls in, the underwriting and marketing staff knows his name and continually provides reliable, superior service. He knows Sagamore will promptly handle claims and put the needs of the customer first.
Zach values the personal support he receives from Sagamore and feels that a company is only as good as the level of service it provides after the sale. For this reason, Sagamore continues to be the go-to choice for Goodman-Baker's trucking customers.
